• Prospective students with Senior High School/ Vocational School Diploma are obliged to submit the prerequisite documents before attending the class on September the 9th, 2012.

• Calon mahasiswa dengan latar belakang pendidikan SMA/SMK wajib melengkapi dokumen dan persyaratan sebelum masuk perkuliahan pada 9 September 2012.

Procedure to apply at President University Extension Program:

Berikut Prosedur aplikasi untuk mendaftar program S1 Ektensi President University:

STEP 1

Please download and fill out the application form (download the application form here).

Langkah 1

Silakan download dan isi form aplikasi (download form aplikasi disini).

STEP 2

Transfer IDR 1,000,000,- for the registration and alma mater fee.

Please send the payment to:

• Bank BCA – Cabang Capitol (A/C No. 873 012 3567)
• Bank NISP (A/C No. 101 010 730 388)

Langkah 2

Transfer Rp 1,000,000 untuk biaya pendaftaran dan biaya alma mater

Silakan transfer ke:

• Bank BCA – Cabang Capitol (A/C No. 873 012 3567)
• Bank NISP (A/C No. 101 010 730 388)

STEP 3

Bring the following to President University Marketing Office:

1. 3 Copies of Completed Application Form
2. A Copy of Legalized High School Report and Graduating Certificate
3. Recent colorized Photographs 4×6 (2pieces) and 3×4 (2 pieces)
4. A copy of ID Card
5. An Original Copy of Employment Certificate

Langkah 3

Bawa dokumen berikut ini ke kantor Marketing President University:

1. 3 rangkap form aplikasi yang telah diisi lengkap.
   
2. Fotokopi rapor dan ijasah SMA yang telah dilegalisir
3. Foto berwarna terbaru dengan ukuran 4×6 (2 buah) dan 3×4 (2 buah)
4. Fotokopi kartu Identitas/KTP/SIM
5. Surat pernyataan kepegawaian dari institusi tempat bekerja
